I placed an order and asked several questions about the item before bought and then when I get the item it was totally not what I was expecting and was misleading to me. So I contact the seller and it takes a couple days for the seller to get back to me being I bought it offline from a store based out of China.

So after trying to explain myself over and over for like the millionth time what exactly I needed he tells me he don't carry that type of bracelet and that once I send back the package of 20 that I already paid for and received and he gets it back he will then return my money back to me.

Then come to find out he keeps some money for shipping when I'm the one that had to pay to ship it back to him. I should get my full refund but yet I don't.
